Is my investment secure?
Your investment is 100% secure as Karachi Gliding Club is operating since 2013. We sign a legal contract on stamp paper & also provide you a guarantee against your investment.
Who owns the land? What's the legal status?
The project is situated at beautiful countryside of Gharo, 50 kms from Karachi (1 hr drive from Shara e Faisal). The land is Form 7 free hold land which is owned by a private entity. You can purchase land separately if you’re interested in owning complete villa / farm house.
How long is the contract period?
The minimum investment contract is for 3 years. After which, you can decide to renew the contract or exit. If you decide to exit, your original investment amount is returned. This is only applicable for those who have purchased certain shares in the villa & not the whole villa itself.
Cost of Villa with Land?
With 250 sq yds plot, the lake villa shall cost ~Rs. 1.25 crores as of now. This price is expected to increase by 20-30% by the end of 2024. In this case, the land shall be transferred to your name & you shall have complete ownership rights of the land & the villa.
How do I get returns?
Karachi Gliding Club manages, maintains, markets & operates the villa. The profits generated via rental income are split 50-50 between the company & the investors. You get your share of profits from that 50% equivalent to the percentage of your investment. Financial reports & profits are distributed before 10th of each month.
Do I get other benefits?
Our investors get some free stays as well as free membership of The Oasis Adventure Resort with exclusive benefits on various adventures & amenities.
